Add Amazon Product Advertising API on Magento 2

We have a Magento 2.3 store and we are looking for the implementation of Amazon Product Advertising API:
1) Use Amazon Product Advertising API (APAA) to find and import Amazon products into our store. This tool will also use the API to sync products if it still exists or price has changed (via cron?).
2) Imported products shouldnt duplicate (ie, if we import today product X from Amazon vendor Y, that exact same product shouldnt be imported again if we did a search product to import)
3) When customer buys an Amazon-imported product into our Magento store, customer stays at our store at check out phase. At Magento admin page, there is a "Buy at Amazon" button beside each of the received orders list, where when we (admin) click it (after confirming payment), your tool will use the Amazon API to place order using the details we set (shipping address to our warehouse)
Basically, use Amazon API to get products into our Magento 2 website, customer adds to cart and checks out thru our website, and we (admin) will order it via Admin page once we confirm payment by customer.
