Android App - Fullscreen Browser for one page

Hi,
We have been looking for a simple app that can display a singel page in fullscreen but haven't found anything good.
What are we going to use this app for?
Right now we got a couple of TV's and to those we have an Android stick connected. (Manufactured by SwedX).
The page needs to be shown in fullscreen, no address bars or icons, we will show a schedule that will update each 10 minutes by PHP.
How should the app work?
When we use the app for the first time we wanna be able to set the address to the page that will be shown. We also wanna set if the page should be displayed in landscape or portrait mode. I think 1280x720 is the best resolution we can get with this stick.
The next time we open the app it should just display the page in fullscreen mode either in landscape or portrait.
Thats pretty much everything!
