Hi,
I have an app that aggregates breaking news and I want to serve this to people based on this location.
I have the database ready and I want someone who can implement this with MQTT on both on the server side and the app side.
I will give you access to the database and ask you to create a one page Android app. Whenever I select my location on the app, I should start receiving notifications for that location rendered in XML.
If you bid, please (1) describe exactly how you will implement the push notifications, (2) bid exactly how much it will cost (please dont ask me my budget)
