Business Match making like bumble/tinder

I Would like to make an Automated Business Match-Making Platform and mobile application, where one Business can find a related business and clients , or Buyers , Sellers, Manufacturers , at the same platform automatically , with probable statistics on which match-making brings how much value addition to the business.

It will be also an automated business sharing platform with Analytics based on the client inputs. I am a python developer myself. Looking for help to build this ambitious project.
