I need code for React Native chat decentralized mobile App with P2P encryption

Developing platform is Windows : so I do have ONLY Windows computer

APP will be used on Android and ios, but compilation will be on Windows

Clear instructions needed how to install tools and code on mobile and use code with screen copy videos for all.

Fully decentralized APP for Android and iPhone (NO SERVER used) :

1 app is installed on each client mobile

2 they communicate independently

3 encryption for client to client

4 messages history is kept properly

5 communication one to one or between group members

6 only text messages

7 only privet key (no public key)

For example customize some code from GitHub (only not restrict licence ) or give me your own code
