CONVERT / REWRITE SMALL PUZZLE GAME FROM POCKETPC TO ANDROID/APPLE

Looking for a developer that can convert / rewrite / update a puzzle game from PocketPC (yes, I wrote it that long ago) to Android / iPhone platforms. It's a simple concept and all graphics will be provided. You will need to be able to either use the existing C code to convert to Android/iPhone, or you can rewrite your own code. Movement is basically up/down/left/right via screen flicking, and the game is similar in nature / design to a Tetris type blocks game - nothing fast on the graphics front.
You will need to show that you can do this by providing proof of some sort that you can write, or have already written something for the above platforms. I understand it's difficult to put a price on this at the moment so don't - all I am asking for is you show me what experience you have / what your skills are and I can then provide full details to those bidders I think can actually do the job.
You must be able to start immediately, you must speak English, and you must be able to add your own input, i.e. this game was originally written ten years ago, and therefore needs updating in style. The game play will remain the same (like tetris does) but the backgrounds / borders / blocks / themes etc could perhaps do with a refresh.
