develop android app to track location of device

I need an android application developed that has following functions:
- Two buttons - Start Tracking, Stop Tracking
- On start tracking the location of person will be tracked every 5 minutes and saved into database.
- On stop tracking, the application will stop tracking the location.
Things to remember: The location must be tracked even when app is in the background, the tracking must continue even if the screen is locked/screen turned off, location tracking when call is received.
