Looking for an android app developer for a screen syncing app among one master and several slave devices

I am trying to build a screen sync app for one master android device and multiple slave android devices.
The starting point is showin in this picture. I want to develop two apps, app1 is for the master decvice and app2 is for the slave devices. This is how it works
1. A master user at the master device opens app1
2. Several slave users in the slave devices click app2, they can connect to the master devices and also see the screen in app1 from the master device
3. The master user can present the contents in app1, while the users in slave devices have no control of the screen. The slave users only see whatever is showing at the app1 at the master device.
