Reference/Inspiration: The Google Drive file picker may be used as an example or inspiration.
An existing AngularJS (version 1.5.8) is to be extended with a custom directive. This module is intended to be used for selecting a file from a specific Nextcloud (webdav) location to which the user has access.
It should be possible to browse the existing Nextcloud/Webdav folder structure which can be exposed as a ‘tree’ starting at the storage location root.
As an option the user may select and upload a file from the local drive to a Nextcloud/Webdav folder. This uploaded file must then become automatically selected.
Files may be images (e.g. jpg, png) or documents (e.g. docx, xslx, pdf, csv, txt, odt, ods). Only images or document thumbnails are to be rendered, but the selected file path is passed to the main application (model).
The Nextcloud/Webdav url is typically in a domain other than that of the main AngularJS app. Cross-origin operation must therefore be possible.
