Create animated storyboards using 'Adobe Animate' (2D ANIMATION)

Hi there,
this is a job role required for a short comedy series.
I will require someone to create ‘animated storyboards’, based on storyboards I have already created that are currently in .mp4 format. You will be required to watch these storyboards movies, and then recreate a similar storyboard version using adobe animate. (There is a total of 5 storyboards to create, ranging from 2-4 min each).
I will provide character rigs, and audio files to accompany the story.
To explain what is required to create an ‘animated storyboard’, I will provide more information to the interested people.
For this job you will be required to use Adobe Animate, and Adobe Illustrator for illustration of backgrounds.
You will be required to create background art, move characters, create props, and move camera angle in adobe animate.
At the moment, there are 5 episodes I need converting into storyboards.
There may be more in the future.
