We are looking for a 24/7 tech company to provide support for our hosting company. We are not huge right now since we just released but are spending hundreds in advertising so sales are picking up quick, which is why we need a company who can provide 24/7 support. With 1 hour or less on tickets. Below are our requirments:

- US Based or can speak fluent English

- Can work with cPanel/WHM extremely well

- (not required) Knows linux and other platforms

- Can provide 24/7 support with 1 hour or less ticket response

- Can accept me payment of $0.30 per a ticket/live chat session

- Can use Kayako support desk and PHP Live chat system

- Can accept paypal or check as monthly payment
