Wheel of Fortune Flash/ASP Data Selector

I need a Flash object that looks similar to the "Wheel of Fortune". The graphics can be fairly basic as long as I can customize it by merely substituting may own images. It should be a circle plus a small lever that clicks about 10 degrees back & forth as the wheel spins. It would go from stationary to spin, then slow down. As it nears stop, it would quickly fade out and a new ASP window would quickly fade in. This would display data selected from a MS Access database. Data would be based on a SQL query that randomly indexes through a small(5 to 25 records) array of records in several related tables. Example: If there are 25 possible results from the query, any of the 25 could be selected, but then on subsequent "Spins", any result not previously selected could be chosen. After 25 queries, all would have been selected and then the device should reset itself so all 25 are available again. Note: I am an amatuer webmaster with ability to create ASP data forms & simple queries via MS Frontpage. This project is for an Intranet that already uses MS Access & ASP for data queries.
