asp.net vb Login Functionality

I seek a web team to program functionality and help me complete the build for my new database driven ASP VB.NET, MS SQL Server website.

Since I have had many issues finding a team that can meet deadline, I am breaking this project up into pieces.

If you are able to complete Phase 1 on-time, then you will be asked to work on Phase 2. There are 5 total Phases, for the complete website build.

Phase 1 is to finalize login functionality and limit access to certain pages, based on simple security model

I have very very specific, step by step directions on exactly how this needs to be done. If you can follow my directions, this should be extremely simple for you to complete easily.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have SQL Server 2008 R2 already installed and ready to go.

You must be able to do this quickly and follow my step by step directions.
