568499 DataBinding ASP.Net 4.0 Form with MS SQL Server 2008 R2 Data

I have a project that I have to convert from Win Forms to ASP.Net 4.0. I have gotten MOST of the conversion in place, except for the databinding. I am not an ASP.Net expert - I know more WinForms than ASP. This is written in C#. Take a look at the attached screen shot. Basically, the form is completed, and most of the dropdown boxes are already filled from data in my tables. What I need you to do is get the data that was saved into tblVINInspection and populate the rest of the textboxes, checkboxes and radio buttons. I need to navigate to the next or previous record by clicking the blue arrows at the bottom of the form. If one clicks the "go to last" or "go to first" record, I need to go to the last or first record accordingly. I am also struggling with the Make and Model comboboxes. In the table, I have a list of Makes and Models, for example, if I select Make: 'BMW', the Model combobox should list all the BMW models (318, 325, 535 etc) that are listed in the table. Lastly, I need to print the form, I'm unable to figure that part out. I will also give you a copy of my WinForm project that currently works, so you can see what is expected to happen with the ASP.Net form.

I will give you my project (created with ASP.Net in Visual Studio 2010, using .Net Framework 4.0), I will give you my database which is in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (Express or Enterprise will work fine). I will need to test the project in my environment to make sure it works before considering the job complete.
