Site Development in Sharepoint online Platform - repost

Looking for a resource capable of developing custom functionality on top of office 365- Sharepoint 2013 site collection. Primarily this is a development assignment, building custom web parts for specific business logic (e.g. a create/edit/view form, workflow initiation forms, site creation forms).
