The aim of the project is to give easy access for clients to look and search back on the quotation given by us to them.
Client will have to login to see their own quotation.
After login, all the projects are shown in a page.
When user click the link, he can then see details on how the quotation is written. There is a button on each project where he can place order. That button will lead clients to a Client Request List where specifications of the product will be entered. A print button can be clicked to print out the quotation.
For administrator, he can create new clients
Administrator can also key-in information related with the quotation and upload an animated gif file.
Adminstrator can edit and delete all the information inside the database.
A database is expected to store all these information, including animated gifs files. Data are extracted whenever necessary and to be viewed by clients. Administator has the rights to input data.
The budget for this is USD50. Upgrades might be required from time to time.
