Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced audiovisual technician to assist with the setup of our conference event. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating audiovisual equipment for conference events.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and test the sound system to ensure optimal audio quality
- Coordinate lighting setup to create the desired ambiance for the conference
- Install and calibrate the projector and screen for presentations and visual displays
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the event
The venue for the event is medium-sized, accommodating 50-200 people. Therefore, the audiovisual technician should have experience working with such venues and be able to adapt the setup accordingly.
