WebXR gaussian splat Proof of concept Development for mobiles

I am seeking a developer to complete a WebAR viewer that uses models in .splat format.
This is a proof of concept rather than a commercial product. I have had the viewer made already but it isn't functioning properly. There is sliding of the model against the background (passthrough) and it doesn't feel locked in space.
There are three things that I want to achieve in three milestones:
1. Stop it sliding
2. Have a button VR/AR button that swaps between this mode (AR) and a VR mode where it is against black and you use your fingers to rotate it, zoom in etc.
3. Have it cast a shadow on the real world when in AR mode.
I will need to be able to swap out the model although this could be done within 8th wall or Glitch or similar rather than in the app itself.
Please note: This is using .splat files. I know this can be done very simply with .glb or other but this specifically needs to use .splat files. This does make this project more challenging than at first sight so please read through the docs and make sure you are comfortable with what is being asked.
