The design and initial construction drawings have been created for a single-family residence in Mammoth Lakes. We need a structural engineer to provide beam/header sizes, connectors, shear wall calcs, and foundation details, etc. which will be added to existing plans - structural drawings, such as boilerplate details and specs, will also be included with submittal. We will provide pdfs to be red-lined. No drawing will be necessary. We need an estimate for cost and completion date. Pdfs attached.
