I need a skilled draftsperson to create a construction guiding drawing of a traditional layout septic system. The system should be basic, with no special requests or additional components.
Ideal skills and expertise:
- Proficiency in drafting and design
- Understanding of plumbing systems
- Experience with septic systems design
- Knowledge of building code requirements for septic systems
Only need plans for the sewer and venting.
Two level home with two bathrooms for a 1,144 sq. ft. home. I played with some layout options in red on the plans and than decided an expert could do better than myself.
Attached file Stanley Sewer & Venting shows where the shower, toilet, and sinks are located with my sewer drains in red. The red lines are just for reference. The only key red line is the general area where the line leaves the house.

Upstairs bathroom has a washer and dryer. The washing machine doesn't have red venting/ sewer lines.
Were building with SIP's walls so hoping to not have venting trough exterior walls. We might have to vent the upstairs kitchen sink through the exterior wall if needed.
Looking for a drawing showing where the sewer and venting lines should be located. If a parts list can be created with the number and type of fittings to be used that would be great!
