Ethereum Smartcontract Wallet Interaction analysis / Blockchain analysis

The task is as following

You write a program which takes as input

list of Ethereum smart contract addresses

parameters A, B, C, D

Output would be

all ethereum wallet addresses which have sent Ether to the smart contract

addresses during the last A days and their Ethereum balance is bigger than

B and the total amount of different tokens they hold in the wallet is

larger than C and the total amount of transactions they have done

with the listed smart contract addresses is larger than D.

The output should be in CSV format containing

ethereum wallet address

current ethereum balance

number of different tokens held

number of transactions with the smart contract addresses during the time period A

The programm can be for example written in PHP and make use of [url removed, login to view]'s

API or it can be written in C or Objective C directly process blochchain data

from geth files on the disk.

The progamm should be able to run under Linux and MacOS X.
