I have always admired the efficient solutions of Japanese architecture and Japanese design.

I am putting together a project to transform a retail property into an apartment. I am at a very early stage of the project, just putting together the presentation to pitch it to potential investors.

I already have two ideas of the possible layout for the apartment. I want a third “out of the box” design that uses the experience and some ideas of a Japanese architect. At this point, I only need a layout, no detailed blue prints, 3D rendering or anything else…
