I'm looking for an experienced business analyst to undertake some critical tasks that will aid in establishing a strategic partnership with a company within the technology industry. The analysis you provide will help me identify the key players for further evaluation of potential partnership.
First, i would like the freelancer to lay out the players in the System integration and Robotic industries, who serves especially the key industries segment especially automotives, electronics, and logistics/warehouse in the following countries: 1. Malaysia, 2. Indonesia, and 2. Vietnam. The players shall be benchmarked in term of financial, market, and products provided. The key products to be focused is on the smart warehouse especially ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), and advanced SI solution for industial sector.
The company shall be located in the industrial hub of the 3 countries.
Longlisted of companies shall have information on 1. Market: key clients and industries, 2. products and/or solutions, 3. key projects/technology/and partners, 4. financial information of company
Your tasks would include:
- Data Analysis: Investigating and interpreting relevant data to understand the current environment and potential opportunities.
- Benchmarking in the market perspectives, product/technology perspective, and financial perspective.
- Market information and analysis: Market information of the industrial B2B market for system integration, automation, and robotics in Indonesia and the key players, in which the companies shall select and make further contacts. The information shall be validated from both private relevant association and governmental sources.
- Financial Information of the companies.
- Key Management Information for potential contacts
An ideal freelancer for this project would have prior experience as a business analyst, especially within the technology industry. They would also need to demonstrate the ability to create effective process maps and have a knack for details when it comes to gathering requirements. Solid experience in industrial sector analysis would be beneficial.

- Usually the private sources might be the list of companies in the key association relevant to the industries' targeted.
- The government sources would be on the company registration and especially the validated financial statements.
The outputs shall included the market study for 1. market size of system integrations and robotics, 2. ranking of system integration (SI) companies, and 3. automated warehouse companies, 4. Summary of companies' clients, products, and projects, and key personnels and contacts.
