Looking for Developer comfortable with C - ONVIF/RTSP/embedded a plus

Looking for a developer who's comfortable with C to help us get an application working. I'm looking to utilize a framework that's coded mostly in C, a bit out of my scope. I need help wrapping my head around it so we can properly implement some things.
Knowledge regarding ONVIF, RTSP, or embedded devices would be great, but not required.
Possibility of multiple projects, some of which might require long term support & development.
