Modify an existing Windows Server service written in C# that sends and receives AWS SQS messages containing vehicle data from our partner and writes them out to physical XML files. The Windows service will need to be modified to interface with our new Loan Management System using both XML and JSON using a RESTful API provided by our Loan Management software. We have documented API from both our partner and our software vendor as well as support from both parties. The Windows service will be required to connect to a backend SQL database server after receiving and SQS message containing vehicle information and create either an XML or JSON message to deliver to our Loan Management System via RESTful API. The service will also be required to send back a status and payment information to our partner via an SQS message. The system needs to contain error trapping and logging in the event there is a problem receiving, constructing and/or delivering messages to either partner or our Loan Management System.
