Youtube comment Voter / replier : BROWSER BASED

I need a youtube bot developed in c# replying to a youtube comment and or voting a comment.

1. I add /upload youtube accounts to the software or load it from a website link example [url removed, login to view]

2. I add /upload list of comments one per line or load it from a website link example [url removed, login to view]

3. I add list of unique comments url example : [url removed, login to view] or load the list from a website link example [url removed, login to view]

OPERATION :

1. I want the software to go to each unique comment urls and reply to each of this unique comments picking any random comments i upload.

2. After each comment reply the software should also vote UP this comment by clicking thumbs up.

3. The software will do the above 2 operations until all the comment links have been replied or voted on

4. it then logs into the next LINK and do the above operations again. It will do this till all the youtube account have sent a reply and a vote to each link. Thanks
