E-commerce website

We need an e-commerce web site for selling clothing line (kids’, mom’s and dad’s t-shirts). Please find the specifications below and please submit the bid for the whole project not an hourly fee. Thank you for your time and looking forward to your replies!

We’d like the site to resemble [url removed, login to view] Layout wise, colors, look and feel.

There will be 4 main categories: girl, boy, woman, man. Every category to have it’s own color.

Here is a list of features we'd like to have:

1. Gallery with uploadable clients pictures & testimonials (by administrator only):

Also to include contest where users can vote. Under each picture there should be this circle with green dot (like this [url removed, login to view] ) which users can click on and then go to the bottom of the page and click “vote now”. The winner will get a prize once a month. And then out of the winners of each one winner will be chosen in the end of the year.

2. Press: (basically same thing as client gallery but under different button)

3. Customer access for wholesale: (if you sign up using your ID as wholesale customer you see the same thing as retail customer does but with different prices)

4. Order tracking. Ideally, I'd like the customer to be able to log in, be taken to the “my account” page where they can see all their past and present activity, to see wether the order was shipped and if it was be able to click on the carrier's link (UPS for example) and be taken directly to the page on UPS's site where they can see all the details of the shipment without entering the tracking #.

5. in the middle of the page [url removed, login to view] on the left you can see Oprah’s picture linking to her site “tell oprah about us”. On the other side (to the right) you can see “today show” and some magazine.

6. “Customer who bought this also purchased” . Sometimes called "Related items" or "May we also suggest" or "Customers who bought this also liked" please see the link (4 horizontal pictures under the item) like here

12. Colored portions of [url removed, login to view] have this “circle” pattern on top and bottom bars like background. Instead of circles I’d like it to be the logo.

13. Ability to enter promotional code/discount coupons (when entered makes appropriate adjustment (like 10% discount) in the checkout automatically). ( Ability for administrator to program the codes according to the % discount amount. 7 digit # means 5% discount, 9 digit # means 10% and so on.

14. Ability to add/ create additional product pages as necessary

If the site for example consist of 20 pages and 6 month down the road I want to add 10 more pages with new categories will I be able to do it myself or do I need you to do it? For example if in "girl" category I'll have 3 buttons: newborn, infant, toddler and I want to add another 4th age group will I be able to do it myself?
