LMDS LinkExplorer configuration for new node

We need someone with specific knowledge of Netro's LinkExplorer PMP software for setting up a new LMDS node. Work involves installing a new LinkExplorer in a Win2003 environment, receiving config specs for 20-25 SAS Customer Premise Equipment, loading the specs for building the database tree, and linking the Win2003 to our main LinkExplorer node via LAN-to-LAN IPSec VPN.
Please note: we are only looking for a qualified technician with previous experience working with LinkExplorer PMP software from Netro.
Work could be performed remotely (we would give RDP access to the server), and should be completed in less than 7 working days.
