Need a really good short script for video promoting some software

Hi,

I would like to have some script work done for a short video I’m going to have made, and I’d like some help. The video will only be around 3 minutes or so.

I’m having some simple software created called “FSBO Radar” that basically goes out and finds For Sale By Owner properties and will return them in a list (both in the software window and also can be saved into a csv file). The purpose is to sell the software access to real estate agents so they can use this software to find FSBO properties that have been on the market for a while and haven’t sold…and offer to become their agent and sell it for them.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

1) Semi-short script (approx 400 words or less…could go to 500 if needed) directed at agents and realtors to tell them about this software. This video is going to be on the homepage of my website and will be the driving force in trying to sell them the software based on its benefits and features (so keep in mind that the script you write will be read outloud and recorded into the video and needs to flow almost like a friendly conversation).

2) Some of the benefits/features:

a) Software will search internet for fsbo properties based on user’s input (city, state, zip, # of bedrooms, # of baths)

b) Compiles a list of fsbo properties based on user’s search criteria in only a few moments saving hours of searching individually

c) Nothing to download—entirely server-based ensuring that software will work on windows or mac and across all browsers. Just log into member’s area and start a search

d) Unlimited use—run as many searches as you like

e) Can save searches to csv file for excel for future reference when contacting owners. And of course can print out csv files for a hardcopy if desired.

I’m going to have an actual person in the video (female actor) reading the script if that helps you get a better idea of how to write the script…so it won’t be an explainer video, but a live person on screen.

I don’t want it to feel salesy at all….just professionally presenting this product describing it’s benefits and features, not feel like I’m even trying to really sell them something.

This is what I typed so far as a possible opening (but of course feel free to change it around however):

“Hi, thank you for visiting FSBORadar.com. We know that as an agent or realtor one of your most important, and often hardest, jobs is finding quality leads that deliver results. Paying for these quality leads definitely has its perks but can also come with a hefty price tag….”

I don’t really want to say the price in the video, because I think I want to test multiple price points and don’t want to have to have multiple videos because of that. There are similar (inferior) softwares similar to mine out there that some are charging twice or more what I will be, and aren’t even as good.
