Transcribe a video into Text to be published on the web

I have a video of a meeting that I would like you to transscribe. It is a workshop with technology people, so some understanding of IT Projects would be ideal.
It's about an hour of video. I'll setup a download, the video file is approx 100-150MB.
I want you to ask questions if something is not clear, don't make assumptions. The quality of the video is quit good, so there should be hardly any work for me to do once your done.
The resulting text is going to be posted online, so would need to be SEO friendly.
If the price is right, there is most certainly more work in the pipeline.
