Need an Experienced Promoter & Biz Development Person (Contacting Sites Directly)

I am rolling out the BETA version of a specialized search engine. It's very "linkworthy" in terms of functionality and usefulness.

What I need is for someone to email hundreds of different websites/webmasters in a specific industry with an offer specific to their site (I'll supply the email template, as well as full instructions).

I'll pay $2 per email sent, up to 100 emails for this first project as a trial run.

A long-term arrangement can be made from there with a more attractive compensation plan.
