Copywriting for SaaS solution - native English speaker - write tagline & elevator pitch

We're looking for a native English copywriter who supports us with copy for a commercial video and for the website of a new SaaS solution.
The task will start with writing a tagline and elevator pitch (of a few sentences) based on our briefing with the features and benefits for the customer.
Please provide a cost for this tagline and elevator pitch in your application. We'll do a paid test with a few freelancers (hence the small budget for the first task). Our client will then select the freelance with the most convincing and appealing copy. This freelancer will then write the copy for the website and copy for a commercial video. Therefore, please also provide your cost per word or per hour.
Please note we're only hiring native English contractors from America or Europe, preferably with good availability.
