Hiring a Virtual Assistant for Marketing, SEO, PPC, Graphics

I am the owner of a Marketing Agency and we are looking for a virtual assistant for long term with the chance to grow in our company. The skillset required for this job are the following
Copywriting & Content Writing
Someone who can write content that is optimized to convert. You must have the skills to sell through your writing. Sometimes we have jobs where we have to write content for SEO, and sometimes we have jobs where we have to write content for ads. Either way, you should be able to do both.
Research Skills
We require someone that has a good understanding of research methodology. Sometimes we need to do research for SEO to rank a specific blog post or page, sometimes we need to do competitive research in order to understand the industry competition.
Graphic Design + Video Editing
Some of our clients are subscribed to a Social Media subscription. In this case, we need someone who can work with our in-house graphics editing tool to create infographics and other social media content.
We also have to deal with video editing as well, cutting, pasting, condensing, improving video content for social media.
You must have some experience with Adobe photoshop, illustrator, and premiere.
SEO
You must have some idea of what SEO is. This requires research, content writing, keyword research, competitive research, data analysis, blog optimization
Wordpress
Sometimes you might need to make quick edits to our website or client website.
PPC/Ads
You must have some basic understanding of how Google Ads works, or Facebook ads. This means improving the creatives, the ads, the content etc.
Rest assured, you won't be doing everything at once but we do require someone who has at least some knowledge of each section.
What you will be doing highly depends on the needs of the company and what client you will be working with.
This is a long term contract, so depending on performance, you will be eligible for growth in our company as well as a pay raise.
