I'd like to obtain a quote for building a mod with similar functionality to the existing CP_77 RadioEXT (see [login to view URL]) , in that it can play MP3's from a URL and has custom radio icons, but with some changes. It needs to use an open source audio library, such as OpenAL, and does not need to load the url or image uri from a json, these can be hard coded into the binary as they will not change. I'd also like to explore whether it would be possible to throw up some kind of message on launch of the game when there is a version mismatch, informing them they need to wait for the mod to be updated (this is optional, currently I'd just like to know if this is possible).
To be clear this wouldn't be designed to compete with the existing, and very good, CP_77 RadioEXT, and should be able to be safely installed alongside that mod without either being affected.
Additionally if possible, it'd be great to reduce dependencies as much as possible. The radioEXT mod has two dependencies, CET and Red4Ext. If possible it'd be great to remove the need for LUA, so it just depends on Red4Ext. Or, even better, have the whole thing written in redscript, negating the need for any dependencies at all.

-Proven record of modding games, preferably Cyberpunk 2077 (please send links to previous projects).
-Good written English
-Skills in C++ / Redscript / LUA
**IMPORTANT NOTE
This mod must be programmed from scratch so I have full ownership to modify and distribute it. Taking the existing mod and making the required changes would not be sufficient, and I will review source code before payment to confirm this is not the case.
