saniyede 2 adet metal parça üreten bir makineye kamera ve rasberry pi bağlantısı yapacağız. Üretilecek ilk doğru parçanın resmini çekeceğiz. Buna SET işlemi diyelim, bu esnada çekilen fotoğrafa da referans fotoğraf diyelim. Üretim boyunca parçaların fotoğrafları çekilecek ve bu parçalar referans resimle aynı mı değilmi, ufak farklılıkların dahi tespit edilebilmesi gerekiyor. Program true yada false cevabı verecek. Parçalar farklı simetrilerde veya farklı açılarda gelebilir. Program bu farklılıkları da göz önüne alarak doğru bir kontrol yapacak.

Firstly, I want to check the metal parts as taking photos of them and comparing it with an refferans photo.

I have a customer who produces hanger hooks. He has a machine and produce 2 hooks / second. Please check the enclosed photo what is the hook. I will use a industrial camera, rasbperry pi, 3,5'' LCD, a conveyor, a sensor to detecting metal parts, a piston. hooks will come from machine, sensor will detect the hook and give signal to raspberry pi, rasberry pi give a signal to camera, camera will took a photo and give it to program program will compare it refferance photo and give answer true or false. if false, raspberry pi give a signal to piston and piston push the hook to garbace.

REFFERANCE PHOTO
Operator will take a %100 true hook, ( say it a refferance hook ), put it under the camera and push the SET button on LCD. when operator push to SET, when operator push to SET, camera will take a photo, and will record it as a refferance photo. Than after setting, operator will push to start button, it means camera system will work as useal quality check and start checking hooks one by one. And give us answer true or false. Hooks can come any position, it can be simetrical + or - position, 0-360 degrree different angular rotation. Program has to control in any position.

Can you do this ? I checked something for this, you may need to use opencv, do you use opencv before ?

If you can do this, I have lots of thing like this. Maybe we become a partner for future projects. However, I want to tell this before beginning. I will not give any money before I understand that program is working properly.
