HUBSPOT CRM SUPPORT

I want to assign companies to my reps in the company that I imported through excel. I want to assign them by list, so for example:-

I would like to assign a list called AUG 2020 with 100 companies on it. I would like for the Contacts , if any, within the company record to be automoatically assigned to the rep. The purpose is so they are able to export it as a list and then import it into a Sales outreach tool. the BCC will then take over and the cadence will begin.

This should be fairly simple but I am just not very familiar with HUBSPOT. if you can train me and help me use hubspot in a more effecient way, Please let me know!
