We are a retailing company with a physical shop, NO website, but present on all social media, such as facebook, instagram etc. We are looking to implement the following
1. We have 10 visitors daily in the showroom, 2 buys and 8 don't
2. Our salesperson will each have a tablette and they will fill a form (linked to Zoho) with the customer details, phone, address, items interested with, budget, and the salesperson will write if the customer took a quotation, if the customer said he will come back, if his house is under construction and will come back in 4 months, if the furniture are out of his budget etc, we should be able to customer the differents options ourself in zoho as and when needed
3. All our social media and whatsapp is connected to Zoho. One the form is filled, it should be transferred to ZOHO. We have 1 staff dedicated to work on Zoho and we should know whether the visitor who came in the showroom, contacted us previously on messenger, or whatsapp and get all the communication grouped under that customer profile
4. IF the customer requested a quotation, the zoho staff should get a reminder to send the quotation.
5. If the customer is looking for a furniture which is not in stock but coming in 2 months, in 2 months time, the zoho staff should get a reminder that this customer was looking for such item
6. If the customer was looking for a particular furniture, such as sofa bed, once we get an incoming container of sofa bed, we should be able to send all customers looking for sofa bed, picture and price of the new sofa bed just received.
7. After the quotation, the zoho staff should be reminded maybe 3-4 days later to contact the customer to see if the customer want to proceed with the quotation
8. If yes, the zoho staff close the ticket successful mark as sales completed once - "Kindly Quote the code "Oct22" when bidding" - payment has been received
9. If the customer said he will decide and get back later, in another 3-4 days, should get another reminder or calender schedule filled by the zoho staff.
10. IF the customer does not come back, maybe 10 days later, a discount voucher is sent to the customer
11. For message received from online customers, similarly, each customer should be tracked, and replied, the sales staff should call the customer on a landline phone and mark there the time and date call is receive and the same procedure as walkin customer.
12. We should also be able to send sales voucher to all the zoho customers contacts, whatsapp , messenger, forms etc.
