Magento technical changes (running website with theme)

We have some magento related work requirement.. We already have a website running, but might need some edits time to time..
For example:
1/ Adding more space in the top header and other areas defined by the theme
2/ Displaying add-on products prominently
3/ Customizing the checkout process a bit
etc.. you need to be familiar with Magento and HTML/CSS..
We expect 5-10 hours of work/week. Could go up and down a little...
