Data Entry - Admin setup of 'Custom Fields' questions

Hey Everyone,
I am setting up a new classifieds website and I need to have 'custom fields' (search questions) setup for each category in the admin section. These 'custom fields' are textbox, drop down box, radio buttons, etc.
I already have another classifieds website with all of these 'custom fields' created and setup as they should be. You will just need to copy them over to the new site.
You will just go category-by-category setting up the 'custom fields' to match those on my other site.
I am looking to get started on his ASAP!
