Fill business directory with company data and descriptions

I am starting a business directory website and I want to fill it with 3-15 companies for each business category (150 for now) so I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to do this for me.
Following given list of business categories/activities, he/she should find some corresponding companies' websites and use them as data source to create their profile. Company websites can be found though search engines, existing business directories or yellow pages. Only comprehensive websites with good information should be used and bad ones skipped so no time is lost on poor sources.
Virtual Assistant should add each company through registration form that requires following data:
- Company name
- COMPANY DESCRIPTION (this is the most important part and I'll be back to it)
- Country (choose from dropdown menu)
- State (choose from dropdown menu)
- City
- ZIP code
- Tel number
- Fax number (if any)
- Contact person (if any)
- Email address
- Website address
- Applicable business activities (choose from menu)
- Mark company’s location on the Map (search for the company address and city in Google Maps, and find the same place on the map in our registration form)
- List related keywords (copy and paste keywords tag from company’s homepage source code)
- up to 3 branches (city, ZIP, street address and phone number for each) - (if any)
- upload company logo (if found on their website, saved and cropped if necessary)
- add 3-10 company's products - upload a picture, enter a name and description and but only for 1 of 5 added companies (only if there is a good source of products with picture and description on a company site)
- Now, special attention must be payed on COMPANY DESCRIPTION (and product description if any) as it will be the main content of company profile page. It should be 150 or more words text, optimised for particular keywords and phrases related to company's business.
- Description may be compiled using information from company's website. Text can be copied and pasted but still modified to be unique. Parts can be used and parts removed, parts reordered.
- The same for product description (if any) except it may be somewhat shorter.
My admin will check all entries and prior to activation and inform each company that their data is on our site and that we'll remove it if they want.
Work details report should be provided daily in the excel sheet I provide (company name, keywords used to optimize it and entry date). If entries are poor quality they will not be accepted. Typical profile page is attached.
Job will be done in steps of 150 entries per round until we are happy. So you are now bidding for 150 entries. If the same Virtual Assistant would be interested linkbuilding and promotion will follow next. I may be looking for a long term assistance.
