We have between 450 and 500 entries made into a hotel reservation system. The data is in an Excel spreadsheet and must be manually entered into an online system. The data includes name, address, dates of reservation, room type, rates and sometimes the room number.
You will be trained to navigate the system. Training will be done via Skype and should take 30-45 minutes. Each entry should take 3-4 minutes maximum.
Time, as always, is important so please provide an estimated completion date. I do not care if this is a team effort or an individual but accuracy is vital.
We typically have 2 or 3 of this type of job a month and are looking for an ongoing relationship. We have been doing it in house but can not longer do it with existing staff.
Because of the training, please be fluent in English.
