GIS - Extract Solar radiation on top of buildings in city in DSM.

I have a city-wide DSM. I need the following things done:
1)Solar radiation using the solar raddiation on top of building roofs only(individual roofs/total)(W/m^2)
2)Total roof area of the city as a shape file(exclude smaller stuctures,swimming pool,parking spots,patios,etc)
3)solar radiation on roof side north facing and that area(m^2)
-Rooftops include residential,industrial and large stuctures suitable for solar panels
Using ArcGIS pro is preferrable.
-solar radiation calculated for the entire year and for one [login to view URL] the Area solar radiation tool in spatial analyst tools.
I am not sure where ican upload my DSM(tiff format) and a clearer satellite google earth image.
