Hi, this looks rather easy, apart from one of two words I can't read I can do this with ease. I am a fast type and can complete with high quality.
First thing i see is converting PDF to .doc(editable) file and if i am not able to write/understand something in PDF then mark it as "*****" so that you can search and replace the corresponding words.
