Simple Membership Website

The website will be very simple. It has to look professional but very little actual design is needed. It will be mostly text.

There will be a homepage, contact us page, another text page, a FAQs page, an about us page and a sign up page. The sign up page will have to be linked to paypal and a credit card payment gateway. The information inserted in to the sign up page will have to be emailed to my email address.

The sign up page will need text boxes that can allow up to 500 words per text box. All of this information must be included in the email sent to us. When signing up the client will also be able to upload a document as an attachment.

It's quite a simple job but it must look professional.
