Hi, I need 2 MsSQL server instance on 2 different location with syncronized data. Location A is always on. Location B will be on for limited time frames.
Summary
*Need 2 SQL server instances.
*Same databases on both instances
*Location A is always on, location B is not.
*When location B is down, location A must continue to work.
*When location B is up, it must be syncronized with location A.
*If I add, update, delete a record on A or B databases, It must be synchronized on both servers.
*Servers are connected by VPN over the internet.
*We will run 2 copies of the same application. Each copy will be connecting to the one location
*No need of load balancing or always-on features.
*We have all required licenses for Microsoft Servers and Microsoft SQL Servers.
