Drupal migrate content

I have a drupal website and I want to migrate some of the content to a new site. The old site is funcional but I want to have a new look and leave some os the trash. So, what i want is:
a) migrate all the users and their profile data (foto, name, email, dob, nationality, city, weight, and so on);
b) migrate a specific content type that contains the users race details (name of the race, time, result, photos);
c) integrate commerce funtionalities of the old site into the new one - basicly commerce is used for event registrations and there´s a need to migrate the costume module Compra Fácil (commerce gatway payment) that gives a bib number as soon the registration is paid - the module already does that combined with rules - it´s just to import.
In the end the new site must have all the users and their data and commerce must be working the same way as the old version.
The new site has a beta version online already. The old site is online also in maintance mode
