Build an electronic hardware prototype

I am looking to hire someone to help with a prototype type for a product I am designing. I will need help in writing the software, choosing the correct hardware components and developing the PCB Board. Of course, then putting it all together.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Software Writing
PCB Board Designing
The Product will have the following hardware used: TFT LCD Screens (2), Microphone Speakers, SD Cards, Bluetooth Transmitter/receiver
