Need a simple Rfid reader and writer

I just need someone to develop a simple Rfid reader and writer for my project all i need is circut design, pcb layout, the gerbers, simulation and firmware... If not too expensive prototyping one device (but that can be discussed based on price). A gsm module is used to send data to a server for connecictivity. Not really particular about product size for now.
