Make program to read gaming Steering Wheel&Pedals

Hello, this is a bit particular project. I have the following joystick bundle: [login to view URL] , that is use in the fame Farmsimulator [login to view URL]
So with this steering wheel i drive a tractor in the game. I want to sync this game&joystick with my console, my console has rs232 port.
So I need a program that run in the background(main will be the game) and read all the steering weels moments left-right(not buttons) and gas pedal . I am thinking gives me the movement of left-right in DEGREES and pedal in 0-100%.
If you are up to, second project is to get this information and to transform itn in NMEA msg RMC and output in a choosing port in the pc( i will use usb-rs232 converter).

Hi Friend, Normally the joystick bundle or steering wheel for PC games will be a USB HID device and it will not be a RS232 output device. i.e its like mouse and keypad. Can you confirm this? Next if your joystick bund Daha Fazla
