I'm looking for automatic water level control system with the below configuration and requirement.
ESP32 + any GSM Module (Preferably SIMCOM 800L)
Type 2 Combination:
Any Processor + any GSM Module (Preferably SIMCOM or QUECTEL)
4 - Conductive Sensors
Current measurement using sensor at the motor supply(to avoid dry run).
4 10Amps Relays for controlling motors. (2 for on and 2 for off)
Level 1 Sensor - Water level low - Motor should turn ON
Level 2 Sensor - For indication purposes (Data should be sent to cloud)
Level 3 Sensor - For indication Purposes (Data should be sent to cloud)
Level 4 Sensor - Water Level High - Motor should turn Off
The data in json format should be pushed to Cloud(AWS) on regular intervals (can be configured on firmware).
Current measurement at the motor.
Through mobile app (Already built - Parameters will be shared) the motor should be manually controlled(on & off) - (details will be share once agreed)
OTA support for firmware upgrade over 2G module.
Config changes through SMS functionality.
Device should have auto and manual modes.
Brief overview: When water level is LOW (below level 1 sensor) motor should turn on. When water level touches level 4 sensor (HIGH) motor should stop automatically.
After a power failure or manual switch on or off the device should first check the levels and then process the same on off logic.
